The SIDE CUT machine, a miniaturisation of the CLEANFAST process, is the ideal tool for the installation of fibre optic in an urban environment.

The SIDE CUT process is based on the dry micro-trenching technique with simultaneous vacuuming and storage of the rubble extracted. It provides:

• Sawing depth down to 150 mm,
• Sawing width up to 30 mm,
• Simultaneous mechanised installation of micro-tubes,
• Filling of the cutting with self-placing quick setting mortar,
• Loading of the rubble by vacuuming,
• A speed of 300 metres per day.
